Two Roles · One Outcome

One accountable outcome.
Two disciplines that unlock it.

The intelligence engine

NexDiscovery

Connects data across the full enterprise landscape—from internal systems, business applications, and operational platforms to spreadsheets, file-based data, and external sources—regardless of format or platform.
Correlates signals across those sources to surface patterns and anomalies invisible in any single system
Ranks findings by potential business impact — every claim linked to the source query and record that produced it
Delivers trusted intelligence and quantified next actions in days, not quarters

Finds & evidences

Expertise & execution

Accordion

Sets the strategic agenda — frames the client question, the value at stake, and the decision that has to be made
Applies deep sector, regulatory, and functional expertise to validate findings and shape recommendations
Aligns C-suite, board, and business stakeholders around priority, ownership, and pace of change
Leads transformation, change management, and hands-on implementation to a measurable client outcome

Integrate. Connect the data — as it is, where it lives.

Works with data as it exists—across enterprise systems, operational applications, spreadsheets, exports, and external sources—inside the client's environment, without requiring the client to first clean, standardize, or consolidate it.

Automated schema analysis and normalization into a structured analytical layer
Runs inside the client VPC or on-premise — data never leaves the boundary
Turns raw sources into analysis-ready in days, not months

Extended Reach · Not Another Custom Build

Extend the reach of expert judgment — on a capability that is already built.

Current workflow limits

Point-in-time samples that age during the engagement
Senior experts spending time on extraction and reconciliation
Cross-system pattern finding taking weeks or months
Custom analytics rebuilt from scratch on every project

What NexDiscovery adds

Correlation across the full connected source landscape
Repeatable refreshes as new client data becomes available
Senior time redirected from data wrangling to judgment
A maintained capability Accordion can carry into every engagement

Recreating this inside every engagement means ongoing data engineering, model orchestration, validation, security, and platform maintenance — before the first insight ships.

Engine augments — never substitutes — expert judgment.
